How do I place an order?

You can place an order by completing the online order form and uploading your file(s). If you experience difficulties completing the form, contact us by email with your file(s) attached atglobal@edanzediting.com. You can start the Order process from here!

How are your fees calculated?

At Edanz, you always know the exact price before you order. Our prices are set in advance based on the total word count of your document, the services you choose, and your desired turn-around time. Please visit our Pricing Page to see a price list. If your word count is higher than 18,000 words, contact us by email with your file(s) attached at global@edanzediting.com for a custom quote.

When and how can I pay?

Our online payment system is secure and convenient. You can choose to pay by Paypal, or credit card. If you have any trouble using your card, get in touch with us by email at global(at)edanzediting.com. You can make your payment when you complete your order.

Can I get a receipt?
